The hotel had a lovely view, but the room had a strong smell of smoke, which was off-putting. Although it lacked chairs in some areas, like the balcony, it was spacious. The service was friendly on arrival but disappointing with taxi arrangements. The location was central but had issues with noise and breakfast quality. The dining options were prepackaged, and the in-room fridge was used questionably. The facilities were below expectations, especially the parking.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room itself was cozy with a clean bathroom and a handy tiny kitchen, the noise level was a bit bothersome despite not facing the street. The service was fantastic; the staff was caring and genuinely helpful, even with limited English proficiency.
